- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-14 business days for international orders.
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
- Shipping costs for orders under $100 and express shipping options are calculated at checkout.
- International shipping rates are determined by the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible.
Return Policy:
- You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to stock availability.
Return Process:

- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, accessories, and tags.
- Use the return shipping label provided by our customer service team and drop the package at your nearest shipping location.

Damaged or Defective Items:
