  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 7-14 business days for international orders.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $100 and express shipping options are calculated at checkout.
  • International shipping rates are determined by the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be as hassle-free as possible.

Return Policy:

  • You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to stock availability.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at kiwibonbon21@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, accessories, and tags.
  3. Use the return shipping label provided by our customer service team and drop the package at your nearest shipping location.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is free for domestic orders.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at kiwibonbon21@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
